Election management software, built for India
Rajneta brings your voter rolls, booth-and-ward structure, karyakarta accounts and WhatsApp voter outreach into one platform built specifically for political party and campaign operations — not a generic CRM adapted after the fact. Each party we work with runs on its own isolated database.

Illustrative — your own data looks like this once you’re in.
Paper booth lists, scattered WhatsApp groups and Excel exports that don’t talk to each other are how most campaigns still operate. Rajneta ties your voter data, your area structure and your outreach into one system your whole team shares.
A single, state-wide view of your voter data and campaign structure instead of reports assembled by hand from a dozen sources.
Booth and ward structure, staff accounts, and outreach tools set up once and used consistently across every constituency you’re running.
A simple login scoped to their own area, for searching voters and sending E-Slips — not a spreadsheet passed around on WhatsApp.
What’s actually in it
Electoral roll data sourced from the Election Commission of India and State Election Commissions, loaded into one searchable system your whole team works from.
Your operation organized the way an election actually runs — district, local body, ward, booth — not a flat list you have to make sense of yourself.
A voter’s exact polling booth and slip details sent straight to WhatsApp — E-Slips — with SMS as a fallback, right from the same voter record your team already has open.
Role-based logins for your campaign staff, each one scoped to the district, local body and ward they are actually assigned to — not a shared file everyone can edit.
Voter turnout tracked as it happens on polling day, booth by booth, instead of piecing it together from phone calls after the fact.
Every political party we work with runs on its own separate physical database, not a shared table split by an id column — your data is not structurally sitting next to a rival campaign’s.
How we think about your data
Voter data is sensitive. We’d rather tell you exactly what’s true today than make a broader claim we can’t stand behind.
Each client runs on its own separate database, not a shared multi-tenant table — your data’s isolation is an architectural fact, not a filter that has to be applied correctly on every query.
Infrastructure runs on AWS’s Mumbai (ap-south-1) region, so your data stays in an Indian data center.
Logins, searches, record changes and exports are recorded against the account, time and, where available, location — so activity can always be traced back to who did it.
There is no public sign-up into a party’s data. Every staff account is created by an administrator and scoped to its assigned area.
